MWC Barcelona/New Delhi: Communications Minister Jyotiraditya M. Scindia on Tuesday announced that the 10th India Mobile Congress (IMC) will be held October 7–10, 2026, in New Delhi, with participation expected from over 100 countries.
The announcement was made at MWC Barcelona, where IMC signed a memorandum of understanding with the GSMA to expand global collaboration. GSMA board members are expected to attend the New Delhi event.
Organized by the Department of Telecommunications and the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), IMC 2026 is projected to host over 150,000 attendees, 300-plus exhibitors and more than 1,500 technology use cases across 5G, 6G, AI, semiconductors, quantum computing and satellite communications.
Officials said the event will emphasize AI-native networks, deployment-ready technologies and structured global partnerships. The ASPIRE startup program is set to feature over 400 startups and 300 investors.
