Gurugram: REC Limited, a Maharatna CPSE under the Ministry of Power, marked World Blood Donor Day by organizing a blood donation camp in collaboration with Lions Blood Centre, a charitable blood bank.
The guest of honor, international kickboxer Sudhir Saxena, inspired REC employees with messages on fitness, discipline, and social responsibility. CMD Jitendra Srivastava personally donated blood, calling the act “a life-saving difference” and part of REC’s culture of compassion and community welfare.
The camp saw enthusiastic participation from employees and reinforced REC’s commitment to public health and humanitarian causes.
