Bengaluru:Punjab National Bank (PNB) has become the first Indian bank to implement Clari5’s innovative real-time National Cybercrime Reporting Portal (NCRP) Integration Solution, designed to enhance fraud prevention and automate complaint management. This milestone, in collaboration with the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C), positions PNB at the forefront of technological innovation in banking and cybersecurity.

The Clari5 NCRP solution enables seamless complaint processing across multiple banking channels, ensuring rapid and precise fraud containment. Key features include automated lien marking, intelligent account freezes, and customizable whitelisting to protect customer interests.

Rivi Varghese, CEO of Clari5, praised PNB for its leadership, calling the integration a game-changer for the Indian banking sector and a significant advancement in the fight against cybercrime.

PNB’s adoption of this advanced solution is expected to set a new industry standard, driving widespread adoption of similar technologies and further enhancing banking security across the country.
