Mumbai: Vodafone Idea Ltd. (Vi) has partnered with IBM in a strategic initiative aimed at transforming its IT and business operations through artificial intelligence and automation.
As part of the collaboration, Vi has launched an AI Innovation Hub that will bring together experts from Vi and IBM Consulting to co-create AI solutions, automation tools, and digital accelerators. The hub is designed to modernize Vi’s IT ecosystem, streamline operations, and enhance customer experiences while accelerating digital initiatives.

Vi said the partnership will focus on implementing a unified DevOps model infused with AI, helping deliver smarter digital experiences, improve service reliability, and unlock new revenue streams. IBM Consulting will provide AI and DevOps expertise, supported by its global partner ecosystem.

With AI at its core, Vi aims to shorten time-to-market for new services, improve IT agility, and support continuous innovation across telecom operations.
