New Delhi: BLS International Services, a global tech-enabled services partner for governments and citizens, has been selected as an Operations partner exclusively for two Divisions, Mysore and Kalburgi, consisting of 15 districts, by the Directorate of Electronic Delivery of Citizen Services (EDCS) and DPAR (Department of Administrative Reforms) (e-Governance), Government of Karnataka.

In this project, BLS will collaborate with the Government of Karnataka to provide currently available 798 government services from approximately 78 government and departments via the SEVA SINDHU PORTAL by establishing Grama One Centres at the Gram Panchayat level.

GramaOne is intended to be a single point of contact for all citizen-centric activities at the village level, including Government to Citizen (G2C) and Business to Customer (B2C) services. Through the centres, BLS will also provide a variety of B2C services to citizens.

This is in accordance with the government’s initiative to provide last-mile delivery of government-to-citizen (G2C) and business-to-citizen (B2C) services, thereby encouraging employment in rural areas of the state.

BLS will establish and manage 4074 (expandable) centres in the divisions of Mysore and Kalaburgi (15 Districts).

BLS International Joint Managing Director Shikhar Aggarwal  stated, “We at BLS have consistently been able to generate employment by partnering with various state governments, thereby supporting the Indian government’s vision. We are pleased to report that, as of now, we have been able to create over 30,000 jobs in Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and West Bengal through these state partnerships.”

BLS International Services has an impeccable reputation for setting benchmarks in the domain of visa, passport, consular, citizen, e-governance, attestation, biometric, e-visa and retail services since 2005. The company works with over 46 client governments including Diplomatic Missions, Embassies & Consulates and leverages technology and processes that ensure data security.

The Company now has an extensive network of more than 27,000 centres globally with a robust strength of over 15,000 employees and associates that provides consular, biometrics and citizen services. BLS has processed over 52 million applications till date globally.
