Delhi: IT companies lead this year’s top companies list for India, published by Linkedin, with 11 out of the top 25 companies from the Information Technology & Service Industry. The top three firms are Tata Consultancy Services, Accenture, and Cognizant, all of which have continually increased their IT investments, resulting in additional chances for hiring and skilling.

The sixth annual edition identifies the top 25 workplaces in India where professionals can advance their careers. In today’s ever-changing world of work, these 25 organisations have continued to attract and retain talent by providing stability.

LinkedIn analysed platform data across seven pillars to compile this list, each of which reveals a key aspect of career progression: capacity to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity, and educational background.

In the midst of this digital revolution, the sixth annual list includes notable financial institutions such as EY (#13), ICICI Bank (#14), and HDFC Bank (#17), among others.

Bengaluru has cemented its image as India’s “Silicon Valley,” with 23 of the top 25 firms having operations there.

The Top Corporations in India list for 2022 highlights the impact of technology companies on India’s labour market dynamics. The firms on the list are at the forefront of innovative organisational strategies that nurture young talent, improve employee retention through upskilling, and increase female representation in the workforce,” says LinkedIn’s India Managing Editor Nirajita Banerjee.
