NEW DELHI: REnergy Dynamics (RED) has entered into a strategic alliance with GMM Pfaudler to manufacture paddle agitators in India under the government’s “Make in India” initiative.
Commercial production has begun at a Gujarat facility, with agitators already deployed at marquee projects, including Reliance Industries’ CBG plant. The partnership positions RED-GMM among the first to locally supply this critical equipment for compressed biogas (CBG) projects.
With nearly 1,000 CBG plants expected to come online in three years, the paddle agitator market is projected to reach ₹7,500 crore, company officials said.
