Low-cost carrier IndiGo’s learning academy –ifly has won four awards for the best practices in Learning and Development at the TISS LEAPVAULT CLO Awards function held in Mumbai by the Tata Institute Of Social Sciences. IndiGo’s ifly team won a Gold for the Learning and Development Team of the Year, a Gold for the Best Customer Service Training Program , a Silver for the Best Simulations Based Learning Program and a Silver for the Best Quality Management/ Improvement Training Program.
