New Delhi: IndianOil emerged as a standout performer at the SCOPE Eminence Awards 2022–23, clinching multiple recognitions for corporate excellence and leadership at a ceremony held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
President Droupadi Murmu presented the awards in the presence of leaders from across India’s public sector enterprises.
IndianOil received three Corporate Excellence Awards in the categories of Environment Excellence & Sustainable Development, Women Empowerment, and Global Outreach. Chairman A.S. Sahney and Director (HR) Rashmi Govil accepted the honours on behalf of the corporation.
Two senior executives, Geetika Verma and Mamoni Basumatary, were felicitated under the Outstanding Women Leadership category. At the same time, Arvind Kumar, Director (Refineries), received the Individual Leadership Excellence Award (Miniratna I & II PSEs). Former Chairman Shrikant Madhav Vaidya was also recognised with a commendation in the Maharatna & Navratna category.
The awards, instituted by the Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE), underscore IndianOil’s commitment to sustainability, inclusivity, and global impact while reinforcing its leadership in India’s energy sector.
