New Delhi: The Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) on Friday signed a memorandum of understanding with Punjab National Bank (PNB) to strengthen the bank’s IT infrastructure and speed up its digital transformation.
Under the agreement, C-DOT will provide secure, indigenous, and scalable technology solutions, including switching and routing, network management, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and quantum communication tools. The partnership aims to modernize PNB’s digital systems and enhance secure access for customers.
“This strategic partnership with C-DOT marks a milestone in PNB’s IT transformation journey,” said Manish Agrawal, general manager-IT, PNB. “We will accelerate modernization, enhance customer touchpoints, and deliver secure, seamless digital banking services across India.”
C-DOT CEO Rajkumar Upadhyay stated that the collaboration reflects a shared commitment to innovation and inclusive financial services, aligning with the government’s Digital India and Atmanirbhar Bharat visions.
The signing ceremony took place at C-DOT headquarters in New Delhi in the presence of senior officials from both organizations.
