NEW DELHI — Bollywood actor Huma Qureshi on Thursday inaugurated iNvent’s largest experiential Apple-authorised premium reseller store in India at Pitampura, marking a significant expansion of the brand’s footprint in the capital.
Operated by P3S Ventures Pvt Ltd, iNvent said the new outlet takes its national network to 24 stores, including 14 across the Delhi NCR region, reinforcing its presence in one of its key markets.
The Apple Premium Partner Store, spread across 3,833 square feet, is located on the first floor of Unity One Elegante Mall in Pitampura. Designed around Apple’s global retail principles, the store focuses on hands-on engagement with Apple products and the wider Apple ecosystem, allowing customers to explore personal, educational, and professional use cases.
Company officials said the open-layout design places products at the centre, supported by dedicated zones, clear customer flow, live demo areas, and personalised assistance desks. The format enables visitors to compare devices and understand how iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and accessories integrate seamlessly.
Unlike conventional authorised retail formats that prioritise transactions, iNvent’s experiential model is centred on discovery and engagement. Apple-trained specialists guide customers through real-world applications, ecosystem features related to productivity and creativity, and device onboarding. The store also includes consultation, setup, data transfer, activation, and integrated after-sales service support.
“Premium tech retail in India is moving beyond transactions to immersive experiences,” said Swarn Bajaj, founder and chief executive officer of iNvent. “Our vision is to create spaces where people truly understand technology, not just buy it. As aspirations rise and premiumisation expands, we will continue to invest in experience-led retail that brings the Apple ecosystem closer to everyday life.”
To mark the launch, iNvent announced limited-period offers, including EMI options, trade-in benefits, and bank-led promotions aimed at first-time buyers and planned upgrades, while retaining an assisted buying experience.
Bajaj said Pitampura has been a key market for iNvent for over 14 years, with the catchment growing more than 20 percent year-on-year, driven by educational institutions and a strong base of small and medium enterprises. He noted that limited availability of large-format premium technology stores in North and North-West Delhi influenced the decision to open the company’s largest outlet in the area.
iNvent said the new store is positioned to support informed purchase decisions as access to premium technology improves through flexible financing and higher consumer awareness, while the company continues to expand across major urban markets in India.
