New Delhi: The Telangana government has approved Ridhira Group’s plan to develop the state’s largest wellness-focused 5-star resort at Ridhira Zen near Shankarpally in Ranga Reddy District.

The official Letter of Award was issued by the State’s Youth Advancement, Tourism, and Culture (YATC) Department, reinforcing the government’s commitment to promoting wellness tourism. The announcement was made at the Telangana Tourism Conclave 2025.

The six-acre project, with an estimated investment of ₹200 crore, will feature a 10,000-square-foot global wellness center and spa, upscale villas, premium plots, and a branded 5-star resort.

Ritesh Mastipuram, founder and managing director of Ridhira Group, said the government’s support will ensure timely execution and help the project set new benchmarks in sustainable luxury and holistic living.

“This initiative aligns with the Telangana Tourism Policy 2025–30 and strengthens the state’s position as a global wellness destination,” Mastipuram said.

The government’s approval marks a significant step in its broader strategy to develop world-class wellness destinations and attract both domestic and international tourists to Telangana.
