NEW DELHI : Union Minister of Communications Jyotiraditya M. Scindia on Tuesday outlined a vision for “grassroots-driven growth” at the India Post Business Meet 2025–26, urging an ambitious 20% to 30% growth target for the fiscal year. The strategic gathering in New Delhi brought together Heads of Circles from across the country to discuss India Post’s transformation into a premium logistics and citizen-centric service provider.
Scindia emphasized India Post’s critical role in bridging the rural-urban divide and strengthening inclusive growth. He praised the organization for adopting a corporate-style structure focusing on performance, innovation, and accountability, while reinforcing its public service mandate.

During the meet, Secretary (Posts) Vandita Kaul highlighted past achievements and future priorities, including innovation and inclusivity. Scindia also launched “Dak Samvaad,” a new monthly e-newsletter aimed at enhancing internal communication and spotlighting success stories.
Circle Heads presented regional strategies, underscoring efforts to boost capabilities in logistics, banking, e-commerce, and public service delivery.
The discussions also covered infrastructure, process simplification, and digital enablement, all crucial for positioning India Post as a future-ready last-mile service powerhouse.
